Happy Anniversary!

Today marks 88 years ago that women in the United States finally won the right to vote, after a long and arduous battle! Michele Obama reminded us of this last night, and it's a fact I often think about.

As I've written before, my grandmother was alive in 1920, and she always voted in every single election, once she came of age. She set a wonderful example for my mom, my sisters, and me.

This presidential election is extremely significant, so let your voice be heard. No matter who you choose to elect, your vote really does count, and it's your chance to speak up.

If you aren't already registered, take a second and do it today.
