As my father-in-law, the pastor, always says, "Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Amen!"
What an amazing time for our country. As I listened to President-elect Obama's speech last night, I thought of my son. He won't remember the historic inauguration in January, and he'll grow up thinking nothing of the fact that an African-American man is President. It will all be commonplace to him; ordinary, even. And that's a wonderful thing!
