Ahh, it appears that Eve Ensler and Jane Fonda appeared on Today this morning, and Fonda offended viewers by using the word, "cunt." Host Meredith Viera, formerly of The View, apologized on behalf of NBC and Fonda a few minutes later. See the clip below.
Also note that Ensler is wearing a V-Day shirt with an image of a vagina on it. I bet nobody noticed that. In Ensler's play, there is a piece entitled, "Cunt," and I believe Fonda was referencing that. For the record, I also wore my V-Day vagina shirt to the YMCA this morning.
As my mom always told me, back in junior high, "At least people are talking about you."
